Our snow removal service focuses on clearing newly fallen snow after a snow event to keep your property safe and accessible. Each visit removes fresh snow accumulation according to your selected priority level:

  • Priority 1: Cleared first, daily service during continuous snowfalls

  • Priority 2: Cleared after Priority 1, daily service during continuous snowfalls

  • Priority 3: Cleared after Priority 1 and 2, cleared once snowfall stops

Please note: This service does not include city plow windrows (snow pushed onto sidewalks by plows), snow that existed before your service start date, ice buildup between visits, or wind-blown snow without a new snowfall. These can be cleared for an additional hourly fee upon request.

No problem — if you need any of these cleared, just give our office a call. We can send a crew out for an additional hourly fee to make sure your property stays safe and clear.

For overnight snow accumulation, our crews aim to begin servicing at 7:00 AM.

If it has just started snowing in the morning, and there is little or no accumulation, we may delay dispatch until up to 10:00 AM to allow more time for snowfall to build.

If by 10:00 AM there is still no significant accumulation, we will delay dispatch until the following morning. This ensures our crews have the time to complete their full routes efficiently and safely.

For continuous snowfalls:

  • Priority 1 and 2 service tiers are cleared once each day.

  • Priority 3 service tier is cleared after the snowfall ends.

This schedule helps us efficiently manage all properties while providing consistent service across all tiers.

During heavy snowfalls of 15 cm (6 in) or more, our usual 24-hour clearing guarantee may be extended due to the volume of snow. We always follow our priority system:

  • Priority 1: Cleared first and receive daily service during continuous snowfalls.

  • Priority 2: Cleared after all Priority 1 sites, with daily service during continuous snowfalls.

  • Priority 3: Cleared after Priority 1 and 2 sites; for continuous snowfalls, these properties are cleared once the snow has stopped.

Even in major snow events, we continue to clear every property in priority order, so high-priority sites are always addressed first. This system ensures safety and accessibility while maintaining fairness for all customers.

We also keep you informed with real-time notifications and timestamped photos, so you always know when your property has been cleared, even during the busiest storms.

No, there is no discount for months without snow. Our crews are on standby and available to work when it snows, and they rely on this income to be able to do so.

No — we require a minimum 1-month service commitment. Unfortunately, we are not able to schedule snow removal for less than 1-month.

Your first payment is due on the day your service begins, and future payments are automatically billed monthly on that same date.
For example, if your service starts on November 7, your next payment will be due on December 7.

If your service ends before your next billing date, we’ll automatically prorate your final payment so you only pay for the days of service you actually receive.

No contracts! You can cancel at any time after completing your initial 30-day service commitment.

Absolutely! You can extend your service at any time — just give us a call or send us an email. Your billing cycle will remain the same, and any extra days at the end of your service will be billed on a pro-rated basis so you only pay for the additional time you need.

You can cancel your service at any time. If you cancel after your first month, any unused days in your current billing cycle will be refunded on a pro-rated basis.

If you cancel within your first month of service, your payment will not be refunded, as we require a minimum one-month commitment for all new services.
